However, if your order arrives damaged or with any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. • Unwrap the diapers and unfold them. You can use them for their intended purpose or donate them to a diaper bank or charity.
• Wash any fabric items such as blankets or clothes according to their care instructions.
• Wash any other items according to their instructions.
• Discard any packaging materials or cardboard that came with the diaper cake.

Note: Diaper cakes are made with new, unused items, and may include a mix of disposable and reusable products. Due to the nature of the gift, it is not possible to return the diaper cake for a refund or exchange.
