At our store, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to return a product that is unused and unopened in its original condition, we will be happy to provide a refund minus the cost of shipping, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to the nature of our products. Additionally, any shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
